¹⁹ Thou that dwellest in Aroer, stand by the way, and behold ask him that fleeth and that escapeth, and say, What is done?

^20 [a]Moab is confounded: for it is destroyed, howl and cry, tell ye it in Arnon, that Moab is made waste,
